Right at the end of our overseas term with IMB, we had the opportunity to spend some time in the area close to Athens, Greece. The occasion was a big “company” meeting where many many workers gathered for a season of renewal and refocusing. This was a nice experience in some ways and a sad one in others. It was awesome to see many of our friends who we had not seen in a long time. We also had the time to visit with people who we had gone through our initial training with in VA a few years ago.
It was a little sad in many ways to say goodbye to those same people… to realize that this was indeed another changing of the guard, so to speak. Below are a few photos which I took while we were there.
