This is a gallery of photos taken during the morning of Easter 2012. It was a cold morning and I walked through snow flurries on the way to visit with my brothers and sisters at the Baptist Church down the road from where I live. The morning service was beautiful as we worshiped our risen Savior together. They had a very nice choir made up of adults and youth and they played much of the music live. Later in the service, our friends from Slovakia, along with a sister from Brno, sang for us. Bro. Pavel C. preached about Jesus and the significance of the resurrection. I really enjoyed what he had to say. All in all, this was a blessed morning.

Considering Christmas – 2022
It is Christmas Eve as I start writing this, around 11:55am, and I begin the process of attempting to put feelings into words on a digital piece of paper. This year as in many others, the business of life, ministry, and annoying health issues (actually, this part is new) have made me say more than…
A Thankful Heart
It is our 2022 Thanksgiving Day holiday here in the US. Commercially, this day is skipped over as retailers salivate at the thought of making their profit margins soar during the Christmas season. Yet, Thanksgiving Day should mean more. Shouldn’t it? At the risk of sounding TOO old fashioned, I am thankful for a lot…
