God blessed us with a beautiful day to host a cookout for our Roma friends on the day before Easter. Joe and Julie occasionally rent a facility across town to do this because it is a good clean place and has a grill and play area for the children. These events also give the Roma folks an opportunity to venture out away from their part of town and relax. This was our (Dawn and I) first experience with such a cookout and we had a great time. It gave us an opportunity to visit with people on a more casual basis and of course enjoy some good food! Joe manned the grill and did a good job. Here are a few pictures from the day.
